MacOS Sweep option
Please add the sweep option to macOS Outlook, similar to the web client.
The sweep function is an excellent solution for quickly moving messages without having to create a permanent rule.

Sweep Feature
it would be nice if the Sweep feature was available in the Junk folder. Often I get items that I want to delete without having to select individually. I can't just delete all because sometimes items get filtered into that category that are not junk. This would save a lot of time.

Sweep functionality
Hi,
Am I really the only one missing that sweep functionality? It's hard to find on mobile anyway, but very, very, useful while cleaning up all those newsletters etcetera.

Sweep in mobile app
I would love the option to be able to sweep my Inbox like I can on the web app. I use this tool frequently and hate that I can't use the app on my phone.

Auto Empty Deleted Folder
I haven't been able to find a smooth automation for emptying my deleted folder on a schedule. I'd love if you could choose this in the Rules or Sweep options. Sweep seems nice (I've only just enacted some Sweeps recently) but stinks that it's only per folder and that you can't select "remove all emails" or something for any particular folder, particularly the Deleted folder. Anyway...if you all could enact that, it'd help be totally hands off inbox storage maintenance and would be lovely.

Differences with email sorting & spelling
When sorting emails by to/from/subject/date, you used to be able to push a letter to go to where you wanted. doesn't work any more.
Auto correct to capitalize new sentences after period is not working.
When replying to an email, and making an attachment with email open or even just opening up an attachment & saving to downloads or IE, the new attachment would pop up in the list so you can quickly grab it & send. That no longer works. Need to go thru endless folder system to find the file.
Auto correct for names is not working. In the past, I would type scott or roseanna, and the computer would automatically capitalize. That does not happen anymore.
Auto correct for speling sometimes works, but sometimes doesn't.
Used to be able to send emails from File Explorer. Doesn't work anymore.
Used to be able to copy files from File Explorer, then paste onto email. Doesn’t work anymore.
Folder structure in email used to be able to sort alphabetically. Can't anymore.
When moving emails into folders, folder structure used to stay collapsed until opening a folder. Then only that folder would remain open. Now all subfolders are open; and since I have a bazillion, takes a longer time to find the correct folder.
Most of the time, I'm moving to a new folder that is not on the previous list of recently used folders. Can the move to different folder option be moved to the top of the list?
Subfolders in Inbox used to group by common subject name of the email. They no longer group.
When creating new email, attachment button is not available unless new email is brought out onto a separate page
When emails are in folders, used to be able to sort by either to, from, subject, time. Now can only sort by from, subject & time. Is there a way to customize and add column?
Contacts cannot be sorted by Category anymore.
Spell check used to sweep the email one last time just after pressing send, and have errors pointed out with option to correct. That function does not exist anymore. Just shows errors in red.

Not receiving automated emails for confirmations or OTP from multiple senders (such as Zoom, Trainline, etc.)
I have not been receiving any automated emails from multiple senders, most are unknown to me, and I cannot make sure which ones I am getting and which I am not. I have been able to notice that I am not receiving any ticket confirmations from Trainline.com and that Zoom meetings are not getting sent to my mail. I have checked that there are no rules on my mail options, the senders are not blocked, and are added to the safe list and people, and that I have no sweep or forwarding options set. I have attempted to speak to Outlook support regarding this issue, they went through the troubleshooting that I have told them I already did, and they would ask me to wait 24 hours repeatedly with no solution or fix to the issue. I spoke with one support agent, Thomson, who was rude and kept on repeating that I need to get SMTP from the senders, even though I kept telling him that I do not know the senders as there's no way for me to know who the senders are that I am not receiving emails from since I am not receiving the emails at all, and he kept repeating the same statement saying I have to contact senders and get SMTP logs. I asked to speak to a manager and he kept saying the same thing and whenever I ask for the manager he repeats the same statement until in the end he ended the chat and the window closed for me!
I want to file a complaint against Thomson, and I want to speak to a manager to find a fix for my issue as I have been using this email for 20 years and I do not want to have to change it from everywhere now.
