Move or copy Clipchamp project folders to other accounts including from personal to work

Similar to what is already available on work accounts - the ability to download project folders from OneDrive personal accounts and upload them to OneDrive on work accounts. Also, given the work account has a license to use Clipchamp, the ability to open the project via the work account.
